PCSK5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCSK5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,298 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCSK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are IPMK, RACGAP1, and DNAJC25. Each is linked with PCSK5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK5-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IPMK grouped by PCSK5-low versus PCSK5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCSK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCSK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
