Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCSK5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,663 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCSK5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of low-density lipoprotein particle receptor catabolic process, Renal response to blood flow involved in circulatory renin-angiotensin regulation of systemic arterial blood pressure, and Negative regulation of receptor catabolic process. Each is linked with PCSK5 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK5-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK5 results are reported.
