Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCSK5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,440 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCSK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are METTL4, GPR3, and POTEB3. Each is linked with PCSK5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK5-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, METTL4 grouped by PCSK5-low versus PCSK5-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCSK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCSK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
