Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCSK4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 554 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCSK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEPDC5, PCIF1, and RIMS4. Each is linked with PCSK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK4-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCSK4 versus DEPDC5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCSK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCSK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
