PCSK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCSK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,411 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCSK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LARP1B, FUT10, and RNU6-649P. Each is linked with PCSK4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK4-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LARP1B grouped by PCSK4-low versus PCSK4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCSK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCSK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
