Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCSK4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,661 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCSK4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium movement involved in cell motility, Sperm motility, and Flagellated sperm motility. Each is linked with PCSK4 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK4-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK4 results are reported.
