Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PCSK1N Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PCSK1N data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PCSK1N Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PCSK1N expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where PCSK1N Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
