PCP4L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCP4L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,395 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCP4L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCP4L1_S9, CDS1_S9, and PITPNM3_S321. Each is linked with PCP4L1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCP4L1-to-partner and partner-to-PCP4L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCP4L1 versus PCP4L1_S9 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCP4L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCP4L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
