PCP4L1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCP4L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,178 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCP4L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP10B, PLAAT1, and EHF. Each is linked with PCP4L1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCP4L1-to-partner and partner-to-PCP4L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCP4L1 versus ATP10B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCP4L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCP4L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
