Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PCP4 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PCP4 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher PCP4 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PCP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and LSCC show a favorable association.

COAD, LUAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where PCP4 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
