PCP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,123 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCAM1, HSPA12A, and TUBB2B. Each is linked with PCP4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCP4-to-partner and partner-to-PCP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
