Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,212 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAPK4, LYVE1, and GPM6A. Each is linked with PCP4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCP4-to-partner and partner-to-PCP4 results are reported.
