The most reproducible PCP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAPK4, LYVE1, and GPM6A. Each is linked with PCP4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCP4-to-partner and partner-to-PCP4 results are reported.
