Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PCP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PCP2 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher PCP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PCP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, THYM, and ESCA are the cancer types where PCP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
