Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,489 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRICD5, NEIL1, and PLA2G6. Each is linked with PCP2 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCP2-to-partner and partner-to-PCP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCP2 versus BRICD5 in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
