PCP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,575 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCOR3, HIRIP3, and KHSRP. Each is linked with PCP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCP2-to-partner and partner-to-PCP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCP2 versus RCOR3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
