PCOLCE2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCOLCE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,706 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCOLCE2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPG2, NID2, and PLOD1. Each is linked with PCOLCE2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCOLCE2-to-partner and partner-to-PCOLCE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCOLCE2 versus HSPG2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCOLCE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCOLCE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
