PCOLCE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCOLCE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,640 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCOLCE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCGF6, SASS6, and CKAP2L. Each is linked with PCOLCE2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCOLCE2-to-partner and partner-to-PCOLCE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCGF6 grouped by PCOLCE2-low versus PCOLCE2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCOLCE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCOLCE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
