Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCOLCE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,026 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCOLCE2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of JNK cascade, Protein localization to nucleolus, and Maturation of SSU-rRNA. Each is linked with PCOLCE2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCOLCE2-to-partner and partner-to-PCOLCE2 results are reported.
