PCNX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCNX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 792 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCNX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEMG2, OR2T12, and CRYBB3. Each is linked with PCNX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCNX4-to-partner and partner-to-PCNX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEMG2 grouped by PCNX4-low versus PCNX4-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCNX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCNX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
