Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCNX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,425 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCNX3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II, Endosomal transport, and Positive regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore. Each is linked with PCNX3 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCNX3-to-partner and partner-to-PCNX3 results are reported.
