PCNX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCNX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,543 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCNX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RO60, HNRNPLL, and HNRNPU. Each is linked with PCNX2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCNX2-to-partner and partner-to-PCNX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCNX2 versus RO60 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCNX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCNX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
