PCNX2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCNX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 609 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCNX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH3BP1, CRYBB1, and AP1B1. Each is linked with PCNX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCNX2-to-partner and partner-to-PCNX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCNX2 versus SH3BP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCNX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCNX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
