PCNX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCNX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,319 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCNX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BUB1B, UQCRC1, and NUSAP1. Each is linked with PCNX2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCNX2-to-partner and partner-to-PCNX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BUB1B grouped by PCNX2-low versus PCNX2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCNX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCNX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
