Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCNX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,013 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCNX2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Regulation of protein localization to nucleus, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with PCNX2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCNX2-to-partner and partner-to-PCNX2 results are reported.
