PCNX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCNX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,135 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCNX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, AKT1, and MIDEAS. Each is linked with PCNX1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCNX1-to-partner and partner-to-PCNX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCNX1 versus FERMT2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCNX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCNX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
