Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCNX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,708 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCNX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to starvation, RNA export from nucleus, and Heterochromatin organization. Each is linked with PCNX1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCNX1-to-partner and partner-to-PCNX1 results are reported.
