PCNT

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCNT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,073 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCNT-associated genes across cancer lineages are PES1, SRRD, and SLC25A17. Each is linked with PCNT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCNT-to-partner and partner-to-PCNT results are reported.
