Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCNT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,529 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCNT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chromosome condensation, Microtubule organizing center organization, and Microtubule polymerization or depolymerization. Each is linked with PCNT in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCNT-to-partner and partner-to-PCNT results are reported.
