PCNT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCNT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,759 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCNT-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTC33, BBS7, and PPM1M. Each is linked with PCNT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCNT-to-partner and partner-to-PCNT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTC33 grouped by PCNT-low versus PCNT-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCNT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCNT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
