Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PCNP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PCNP data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PCNP Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PCNP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where PCNP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
