PCNAP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCNAP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,847 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCNAP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AMDHD2, HABP4_T268, and KMT2B_S2288. Each is linked with PCNAP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCNAP3-to-partner and partner-to-PCNAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCNAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCNAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
