Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCNAP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,784 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCNAP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Mitotic metaphase chromosome alignment, and Regulation of DNA-templated DNA replication initiation. Each is linked with PCNAP3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCNAP3-to-partner and partner-to-PCNAP3 results are reported.
