PCNAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCNAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,121 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCNAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NRBF2, RSL1D1, and TBK1. Each is linked with PCNAP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCNAP1-to-partner and partner-to-PCNAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCNAP1 versus NRBF2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCNAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCNAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
