The most reproducible PCMTD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LSM14B, SS18L1, and SRSF6. Each is linked with PCMTD2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCMTD2-to-partner and partner-to-PCMTD2 results are reported.
