Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCMT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,915 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHPRH, KPNA5, and GINM1. Each is linked with PCMT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCMT1-to-partner and partner-to-PCMT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCMT1 versus SHPRH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
