Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCMT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,996 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCMT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein import into peroxisome membrane, Negative regulation of ubiquitin protein ligase activity, and Regulation of chromosome separation. Each is linked with PCMT1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCMT1-to-partner and partner-to-PCMT1 results are reported.
