PCLAF

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCLAF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,302 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCLAF-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM83D, CENPI, and NCAPD2. Each is linked with PCLAF in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCLAF-to-partner and partner-to-PCLAF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCLAF versus FAM83D in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCLAF→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCLAF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
