PCLAF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCLAF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 190 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCLAF-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5M9, IFNA2, and FAT1P1. Each is linked with PCLAF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCLAF-to-partner and partner-to-PCLAF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5M9 grouped by PCLAF-low versus PCLAF-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCLAF→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCLAF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
