Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCLAF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,313 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCLAF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dihydrofolate metabolic process, Meiotic chromosome segregation, and DNA replication initiation. Each is linked with PCLAF in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCLAF-to-partner and partner-to-PCLAF results are reported.
