PCK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,306 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGA7, PGAM1_S31, and DDAH1. Each is linked with PCK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCK1-to-partner and partner-to-PCK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCK1 versus ITGA7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
