Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,100 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB5CP1, SLC19A3, and FCGRT. Each is linked with PCK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCK1-to-partner and partner-to-PCK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCK1 versus RAB5CP1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
