PCK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,468 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIAA1841, CX3CR1, and ZNF77. Each is linked with PCK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCK1-to-partner and partner-to-PCK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIAA1841 grouped by PCK1-low versus PCK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
