PCK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,664 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD151, TDGF1, and OTC. Each is linked with PCK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCK1-to-partner and partner-to-PCK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCK1 versus CD151 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
