PCK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 133 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C12orf40, SLC22A9, and SOHLH1. Each is linked with PCK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCK1-to-partner and partner-to-PCK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C12orf40 grouped by PCK1-low versus PCK1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
