PCIF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCIF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,311 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCIF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM12, RPRD1B, and SMC1A. Each is linked with PCIF1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCIF1-to-partner and partner-to-PCIF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCIF1 versus RBM12 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCIF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCIF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
