Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCIF1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCIF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Th2 cells, Erythrocytes, and GMP. Each is linked with PCIF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCIF1-to-partner and partner-to-PCIF1 results are reported.
