Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCIF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,702 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCIF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of centriole-centriole cohesion, Positive regulation of attachment of spindle microtubules to kinetochore, and Regulation of protein sumoylation. Each is linked with PCIF1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCIF1-to-partner and partner-to-PCIF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of centriole-centriole cohesion grouped by PCIF1-low versus PCIF1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
