PCIF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCIF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCIF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDH9, ARL5C, and RIT2. Each is linked with PCIF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCIF1-to-partner and partner-to-PCIF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDH9 grouped by PCIF1-low versus PCIF1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCIF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCIF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
