PCGF6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCGF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,329 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCGF6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MKI67, DDX50, and BTAF1. Each is linked with PCGF6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCGF6-to-partner and partner-to-PCGF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCGF6 versus MKI67 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCGF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCGF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
