PCGF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCGF6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,763 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCGF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF519P4, AKR1C2, and NPVF. Each is linked with PCGF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCGF6-to-partner and partner-to-PCGF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF519P4 grouped by PCGF6-low versus PCGF6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCGF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCGF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
